HOW TO GET OUR STUFFWe do not have regular store hours. You can find us at one of our pop ups or farmer's markets, in the freezer section at all People's Pharmacy locations, or by placing a special order a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
Online preordering is available Sunday - Thursday for that weekend's pop ups. Preorders are not required but are recommended (especially if you will be making a special trip or coming later in the day) as sell out is unpredictable. Order at the link below. |
how to get your treatsTHIS WEEK'S POP UPSOur next pop ups are Friday 12/1 from 3:00 - 7:00 at our kitchen in South Austin (4201 S. Congress #101), Saturday 12/2 from 10:00 - 12:00 at our kitchen at 4201 S. Congress #101 (come by for free samples from our holiday menu), and Sunday 12/3 from 10:00 - 2:00 at the Lonestar Farmer's Market in North Austin (in the parking lot of Garbo's Lobster near Parmer and Mopac).
Online preordering is available for Saturday and Sunday until 3:00 Friday. Friday is first come first served but we will have plenty of treats! |

Dream Bakery owner Karen was diagnosed with celiac disease at ten months old and has been baking with gluten free ingredients for over 40 years. She's tried just about everything during that time and knows which ingredients and techniques will result in a final product that really tastes good (not just "good for gluten free") without that dry, gritty taste so many gluten free baked goods have. We specialize in the things that so many people crave when they go gluten free that are hard to find anywhere else, like croissants, toaster pastries and seasonal treats.
We use quality ingredients, like European butter and chocolate. Our flours come from only two places - Authentic Foods (they custom blend our croissant mix with finely milled non-GMO flours) and Auntie's Foods (locally sourced just down the road in New Braunfels). Our vanilla is the real deal. And we make everything in small batches by hand with care and attention to detail. Because you can taste the difference. We bake in a dedicated gluten free commerical kitchen, so our food is celiac safe as well as delicious. And we stand by everything we make, so if you are ever disappointed drop us a line and we will make it right (please be prepared to return the uneaten portion so we can troubleshoot). Enjoy! |
